- Board Inspection & Securing: We drive down popped screws and secure loose deck boards prior to sanding.
- Deep Surface Sanding: We sand away peeling old stains, grey weathered wood fibers, and splinters, leaving a smooth surface safe for bare feet.
- Detail Sanding: We detail-sand top rails, stairs, and high-visibility perimeter boards.
- Penetrating Oil or Stain Application: We apply premium, weather-resistant exterior oils or stains that shield the wood against moisture and UV damage.
